Manhattan

Fill a mixing pint glass 2/3 with ice, 5-6 cubes

Add 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth

Add 1.5 ounces Some Beach Malt Whiskey

Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura Orange bitters 

Stir well, 10-15 seconds

Add 3 ice cubes to a double old fashioned glass

Strain into ice filled glass

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange wedge
